What To Do If My HP Printer Alignment Keeps Failing?

Question
Yesterday I bought an HP Officejet Pro 8600 series printer. After the installation and basic setup process, I installed the cartridges and loaded the paper stack. But at the time of cartridge alignment, it keeps on failing to do so. I don’t know why a newly bought printer keeps on failing. I need to fix it sooner so that I can use it. Please help me to align my printer accurately, I am stuck!!.

Hi Miss, thanks for sharing your issue in detail. This error is mostly faced due to dirty printheads, not using genuine ink cartridges, outdated drivers, jammed paper, etc.
Please remove all the cartridges once and then install them again. Next, you need to print the alignment page as specified on the scanner glass. It will resolve your alignment failing error.
