| Query Hello, I was using my HP 8710 printer after a week and it is showing offline. I have examined all the cable connections, basic setup, all are OK. But It still keeps going offline after every restart. I am trying to print from Apple Mac O.S 10.15 but it throws me an error that is not connected to the printer. I have restarted it several times, to examine any cartridge or other hardware issue, but nothing works for me. Please help me to fix this offline status of my printer as soon as possible. My son needs to print some papers to complete his project documentation. |
| Response David, you need to open the HP smart app and click on your printer icon. Next, click on the printers from the top menu bar, and then lastly click on diagnose and fix. now the troubleshooter will run and fix the problem automatically.
