| Hello, I have been using my HP 8710 printer for a week and it is showing offline. I have examined all the cable connections and basic setup, all are OK. But It still keeps going offline after every restart. I am trying to print from Apple Mac O.S 10.15 but it throws me an error that is not connected to the printer. I have restarted it several times, to examine any cartridge or other hardware issue, but nothing works for me. Please help me to fix this offline status of my printer as soon as possible. My son needs to print some papers to complete his project documentation. |
