| Query Hello there, my hp printer keeps on saying out of paper but the tray is fully loaded with paper. Why does it keep on saying this? I must say that there is some noise coming inside it. Please provide me with some troubleshooting tips to fix this error. |
| Response Hello Tia, I will advise you to load only 25 sheets inside the input tray. The quality of the paper also matters a lot so use only branded papers. Also, make sure there are no obstacles inside the input tray. Go through the knowledge base article for reasons and solutions for why does my hp printer keep saying out of paper. |
